Seeds for Early Teens

These Seeds are for helping early teens to build healthy Self Esteem.

” It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.”

If you are a parent, or teacher, or group leader, you will find these Seeds for Self Esteem Building with early Teens as valuable compliments to go with your efforts to support and assist early Teens prepare themselves for phasing into the pressures that go with adult life.

Each page can be used as an introduction or as a door opener to more deeper and meaningful discussions about personal strengths and qualities, of values and priorities, of self-acceptance and being self-supportive and build lots of self-nurturing values.

Some Seeds are for reinforcing the foundations for feeling good and confident and capable and worthwhile, as well as being less needy for the approval of others, or feel less important or less worthy than others.

Helping to establish and build resilience of a child’s inner connection to their own source of wisdom, of being connected to what is true for that child, will then be a life long blessing for any child.  To learn to not be led astray from holding the words or values of others above their own inner knowing, will be a way of bypassing some potential troubles from the self-interest opinions of others rather than following their own inner guidance.

These are the foundation stones and building bricks for having durable and healthy Self Respect as the basis for healthy Self Esteem.  Use these Seeds for helping to establish life skills and understandings that will be rewarding for the life ahead.  You might encourage the Teen to pin up their finished pages where they can see them often as a continued reminder to themselves – this then will counter those opposing messages so prominent in society.

Give your early teens the tools for developing an inner strength sufficient enough to be stronger than any barbs and arrows we so often see aimed at our tall poppies  – those who so bravely choose to bypass herd thinking so as to shine their own light for uplifting the world – as will become the norm when the Aquarian Age influences are more fully phased in.  Now is the time to be involved with nurturing those inner strengths and qualities of our younger folk who will stand tall and strong whilst the winds of change and chaos blow across our planet.

Each of these can be a starter of deep and meaningful conversations which could go on for hours
